Cancellation Policy

We ask that you make a personal commitment to attend all the appointments that you make.

Our practice is often extremely busy, with high demand for appointment times and a waiting list of up to 15 days for new patients. Last minute cancellations of appointments disadvantage other patients who are on our waiting list for treatment.

In order to alleviate this situation, this practice has established a 100% Cancellation Fee Policy when less than 24 hours’ notice is given of a change of appointment.

This means that the full rate of the consultation will be charged if less than 24 hours’ notice is given to cancel, postpone or reschedule your appointment.

 Please note:  we of course make exceptions in the instance of genuine emergencies.

 A Note About SMS Reminders: 

Please note that although we endeavour to send out courtesy SMS reminders 24 to 48 hours before your appointment time, the responsibility always rests with you to remember to notify us at least 24 hours beforehand of any changes to your appointment.
